Downloading Purchased Files
If you did not download your purchased file immediately after placing your order, you can sign into your account and access your downloadable files there. Access your account.

Purchase Orders: We accept authorized purchase orders from institutions. If you place a purchase order online, we will hold your order pending receipt of a hard copy of the P.O. Please mail or fax to the contact information below:

Promotion Codes

Returns
We will replace your order within 60 days if it is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please notify us immediately at ific-orders@ific.org if your order is damaged.
